About this project: Here is a concept eLearning course I developed for a clothing boutique. The imagined client's problem was the customers were not leaving the boutique satisfied with their overall experience and leaving negative reviews about their experience in the boutique. After collaborating with the SME, the solution I decided on was to create an eLearning course where sales associates can go through at their own pace and engage in various types of strategies and interactions to leave the customer feeling validated at the register. The client wanted a solution that could be given to new employees when they were onboarded.
